Introduction
An LLP wanting to change its name has to apply for a new name by filing a RUN form and post approval, file Form 5 with the ROC.
-Apply for a new name for the LLP via a RUN Form
-Once the name is approved by the ROC, call a meeting of the Designated Partners/Partners of the LLP and pass a resolution for approving the Change of name of the LLP.
-Post that file Form 5 with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
-Post approval of the Form, by the ROC, the changed name will be reflected on the ROC’s website.
