Service Delivery time: –
Every service of Business Guru shall be delivered in the time which is mentioned in the specific service page. This however is subject to Government Processing time which is not in our control. IF the service delivery time is not mentioned in the Service page, in general it takes at least 12-15 working days (subject to Government Processing Time) to provide any service. We at Business Guru try to ensure that the Service is delivered within the Promised time. But it is possible that there is a delay in Service delivery due to Force Majeure or due to delays at the Government’s end. This delay is and shall not be attributable to us. NO compensation shall be paid in any circumstances whatsoever for delay in service delivery.

Increase in Government fees in the Interim: –
In the event when Government/ROC Fees increase in the period between booking of the service and date of actual service delivery then you shall be intimated to make the payment for the difference in the ROC Fees. Proper explanation shall be provided to you for the increase in fees. Your service delivery shall be put on hold until the Balance payment is received by us. Also, if the ROC fees decrease in the interim we will REFUND you the excess money collected after deduction of Payment gateway charges (Which generally are 2-3% plus taxes) at actuals.

Refund Policy: –
We will refund you the amount paid by you minus all the Government Fees and other amounts already spent by us (Like ROC Fees, Stamp Duty, Digital Signature Cost, PAN and TAN cost etc.) if you are not satisfied with our Service. You will have to send us an email from the Email ID you used to book our service for initiating your refund. You will be issued a refund within 15 working days. In all cases, the amount of refund decided by VGPL will be final and binding. The refund issued will not exceed the ‘Professional Fees’ paid by you at the time of booking the Service. A refund request will be entertained within 7 days of receipt of your Incorporation Certificate and not beyond that. This refund policy is applicable only for Formation of Private Limited and Formation of LLP Service.

Jurisdiction: –
Any disputes arising from the use of our Service are subject to ‘Mumbai’ jurisdiction.
